The purpose of the Investment Advisory Council is to advise and develop the investment practices of The Cure Starts Now. It reports directly to the board.


Kyle McLaughlin

Kyle McLaughlin is the chair of the Investment Advisory Council. He is currently with Raymond James.

Doug Desserich

Doug Desserich is a board member of The Cure Starts Now and owns several Cincinnati area businesses which he co-founded.

Richard Graeter

Richard Graeter is CEO of Graeter's Ice Cream and bakery with locations in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio and in Denver, Colorado.

Matthew D. McCormick

Matt McCormick is a member of the CSN Investment Advisory Council. He is currently with Bahl & Gaynor Investment Counsel.

Terry Regan

Terry Regen is a member of the CSN Investment Advisory Council. He is currently with Raymond James.

Jim Wycoff

Jim Wycoff is a investment management partner and owner of one of Cincinnati's first Raymond James Financial offices. With over 25 years as a successful entrepreneur, he has helped a wide variety of clients and developed the popular "Jim Wycoff Money Hour" radio show.
