Katelyn Sherrard

Katelyn Sherrard was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 7 ½ years old. She was a fun loving and good spirited child who had a lot of faith in God. She truly loved life and lived life to the fullest each day, and truly saw the good in everyone and everything. She was the one who would be the friend to the one who had no friends , very caring and always loved to help others. Katelyn had so much courage and strength and always said "Take life as it comes and trust in God". This tumor took so much from her including the ability to walk, talk, see, hear, and eat but she never let it get her down. She earned her wings at the age of 9 ½ years old but she taught so many people about life and love….she touched a lot of lives.
