My daughters name is Addison Bell. She is 15 years old and was diagnosed with DMG January 5, 2023. Since her diagnosis, she continually surprises me every single day with how positive and resilient and how she tries to live every day to the fullest. She loves to travel, go on food tours with me, spend time with her friends and family, and loves Jesus. I believe her faith has really gotten her through this and I’m really proud. One thing for example was when we found out her diagnosis, she said “Well we can just dye my hair pink so when it falls out it will look like cotton candy”. She is such an inspiration every day and makes me want to be a better person. I am so proud to be her mamma💖
